Book Now - Mindfulness Day

Mindfulness has the possibility of enabling the real causes of unhappiness, stress, anxiety and tension to be identified. The workshop is for anyone interested in learning or deepening meditation practice with no requirement of any buddhist background.

The workshop is led by the Venerable Rinchen Wangmo who is a fully ordained Buddhist nun in the Tibetan Sakya tradition. She has trained and completed retreats in Shamatha and Dzogchen meditation under the guidance of B. Alan Wallace who is a well known meditation teacher and has written many books including “Attention Revolution” and “Minding Closely: The Four Applications of Mindfulness”. Venerable Rinchen is the resident nun at Khacho Yulo Ling Buddhist Centre in Cairns, Queensland. For more information visit
